Moringa Lemon Yoghurt Bowl with Banana Blueberries and Cherries – Refreshing Summer Breakfast – Healthy Protein Packed Desserts
As summer officially begins in the UK, it is time to switch up my breakfasts. One of the most refreshing breakfast bowls you could have is a yoghurt bowl.
The moringa powder lemon yoghurt bowl that I made was just the refreshing type of yoghurt bowl that I needed today with temperatures at 21 degrees Celsius.
Moringa powder is packed with iron and combining it with lemon which is loaded with Vitamin C allows for better absorption of the iron. Furthermore, the yoghurt is a good source of protein and other B vitamins. This yoghurt bowl is a good option for vegetarians and a plant-based diet.
Also, if you are looking to add protein to your diet, moringa powder has a lot of protein in it.

Moringa Lemon Yoghurt Bowl with Banana Blueberries and Cherries – Refreshing Summer Breakfast – Healthy Protein Packed Desserts
This moringa lemon yoghurt bowl is so quick and easy to make. It is one of those easy and fast breakfast recipes when you are on the clock but want to eat healthy. There’s no need to resort to unhealthy supermarket options.
Furthermore, it’s so easy to make your own flavoured yoghurt at home rather than picking them out from supermarkets. Fruit yoghurts in supermarkets make you think they are the healthier option but they are loaded with sugar and other preservatives, not to mention how old is the fruit in the yoghurt? Why go down that route when you could make your own delicious flavours at home that actually have fresh fruits.
Do try this combination. I promise you that you’ll love it. The tangy lemon with sweet honey yoghurt tastes so yummy and you can’t even taste the moringa powder yet you are ripping its benefits 🙂
