Makes 1 large portion
INGREDIENTS
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 orange bell pepper
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 cup kale
1 small tomato
1 spring onion
1/4 cup sweet corn
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp amla powder
1 tbsp honey / maple syrup
