Ginger Spiced Autumn Inspired Oats Breakfast Bowl
One thing I absolutely love about autumn are the beautiful autumn leaves and their colours. As autumn passes and we welcome winter, the autumn leaves slowly disappear. I couldn’t help myself but create an autumn inspired porridge breakfast.
I used red and green grapes to create the autumn leaves. I simply cut out leaves from the grapes after slicing them. Yes, it does require time and patience but these are the little things that bring a smile to my face.
I cooked the oats with banana and added ginger powder as well to keep in line the season. Ginger is a wonderful spice that helps warm up the body and boost immunity. It is perfect for the colder autumn and winter seasons.

Ginger also goes really well with banana which is why I added half of the banana when cooking the oats and the other half was used as a topping.
