How to make this lemon and blueberry porridge breakfast?

For the oatmeal, use these ingredients:

50g oats

Handful of blueberries

1/2 tsp lemon juice and some grated lemon rind

Water or plant based milk to cook the oats

  • Add all the above ingredients to a pan on medium flame and cook for about 2 – 3 minutes until the oats are cooked and you have the desired consistency.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, banana coins, pumpkin seeds and some grated lemon rind.
  • If you like, you can also add a drizzle of sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.
