With the heatwave in London, I’m really enjoying making salads for lunch at the moment.
I love salads but I also enjoy making salad dressings that make salads delicious to eat. On their own, salads can taste quite bland.
I made this easy vegan sunflower seed and pumpkin seed salad dressing today which in itself is super healthy.

It was very easy to make this vegan sunflower seed and pumpkin salad dressing and it barely took 5 minutes to make.
Cutting and preparing the vegetables for the actual salad is what takes time.
Anyway, without further ado, here’s my recipe for my easy vegan sunflower seed and pumpkin seed dressing.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 tbsp sunflower seeds
1.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
5 sprigs of coriander leaves
1 small garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Water as required (about 2 – 3 tbsp)
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients and drizzle over your salad. As easy as that!

This easy vegan sunflower seed and pumpkin seed salad dressing was so yummy and you can even have it as a dip with any other dish such as chips or pizza.
After preparing your salad and drizzling your salad dressing, mix it up and taste it. You can add more lemon, salt and pepper to the actual salad.
This sunflower seed and pumpkin seed salad dressing tastes fine but depending on how much salad you are eating, you may need to add more seasoning.
