How should I prepare moringa & tulsi tea?

For a hot brew: Prepare a moringa tulsi tea to reap its benefits. Add 1 moringa tulsi tea bag to your cup and slowly pour hot water over it. Leave it to brew for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add lemon juice.

For a cold brew:  Add 1 moringa tulsi tea bag into a glass pitcher, add water, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.

 

How much moringa tulsi tea can I drink in a day?

There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of moringa tulsi tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of moringa tulsi tea a day should be reasonable.
