How should I prepare a lavender & chamomile ashwagandha herbal tea for stress relief from this whole loose leaf tea?
Prepare a chamomile lavender ashwagandha tea to reap its benefits.
Add 1 tbsp of ashwagandha, chamomile and lavender loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon.
For a cold brew: Add 1 tbsp of loose leaves into a glass pitcher, add water, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.
How much lavender, chamomile and ashwagandha herbal tea can I drink in a day?
There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of peppermint lavender tea a day should be reasonable.

Store this loose leaf tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This herbal tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
