♥ Instant Mushroom Coffee – A Mild Coffee and Mushroom blend for FOCUS with Lions Mane Mushrooms, Chaga Mushrooms, Ashwagandha & Mild Coffee. Perfect for the start of a new day without jitters ♥
A wonderful mushroom blend with natural ingredients, no artificial colours or flavourings.
- Coffee is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants and it can also boost our focus. The downside is that coffee alone can cause a caffeine crash. When combined with mushrooms, you would have an increased energy and focus level throughout the day compared to taking coffee on its own.
- Ashwagandha is traditionally used to help increase focus.
- Lion’s mane is thought to be the mushroom of focus.
- Chaga is thought to be a natural source of long lasting energy throughout the day without caffeine or crashes.
- Overall, this blend is the perfect start to the day :)

Purple Kenyan Tea is different to your usual Kenyan tea because the leaves are reddish – purple in colour. These contain high levels of anthocyanin compounds similar to those in blueberries, purple grapes etc. that are high in antioxidants.
Add 1 tbsp of loose leaves to your pot for 1 cup of tea. Pour hot boiling water into your teapot and steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Place a strainer over your teacup and pour the tea through the strainer into your cup. Add lemon juice or a slice of lemon to watch your tea turn from a greenish hue to a reddish hue.
