There is also research to suggest that blue pea flower extract may promote hair growth and skin hydration.
Add 1 tbsp of blue pea flowers to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon. Make a variation by adding lemongrass leaves.
