What does mushroom matcha taste like?
How should I use this matcha mushroom blend?
- To prepare this mushroom matcha, add 1/2 tsp of the mushroom blend to your cup/bowl.
- Add hot water at about 80 degrees Celsius and whisk quickly.
- If you do not have a bamboo whisk, use a hand frother or immersion blender. You can also use a normal blender. Pour into your cup.
- Add milk and your sweetener of choice if you would like to.
- Then finish off with foam.
How much mushroom matcha can I drink per day?
Drink only 1 cup of mushroom matcha per day. Start with 1/2 tsp to get your body used to the matcha.
How to store this mushroom blend?
Are there any adverse side effects?
As with all foods, it’s always best to eat a little bit to start out with (if you’ve never eaten it before) to check if you have any side effects. Consult your GP if you have any concerns.
