How to Brew the Perfect Masala Chai

Proper masala chai must be brewed in a pan.

1. For 1 large portion of masala chai, add 1 tbsp of Masala Chai Loose Leaf Tea to 250ml of boiling water in your pan. Also add 1/2 – 1 tsp sugar.
2. Simmer on a high flame for 10 minutes for a strong infusion.
3. Add milk or a plant-based alternative and simmer for another 3 – 5 minutes.
4. Strain and enjoy a rich, flavourful cup of authentic masala chai!

If you want a faster way to brew this tea, simply add 1 tbsp of this blend to your teapot.

Add 1-2 cups boiling water and let it brew for 3 – 5 minutes.
