What does this mixed seeds for eating taste like?

Pumpkin seeds have a slightly bitter nutty flavour. Sunflower seeds have a smooth nutty flavour. Flaxseed is slightly bitter. Chia seeds have a neutral taste. Hemp seeds are buttery and Sesame seeds have a mild nutty flavour.

 

How should I use this seeds mix?

This mix can be added to:
