For a cold brew:  Add 1 moringa tea bag into a glass pitcher, add water, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.

 

How much moringa tea can I drink in a day?

There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of moringa tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of moringa tea a day should be reasonable.

 

How to store moringa tea?
