What does this turmeric ashwagandha ginger black pepper tea taste like?
This tea has a bitter warm taste. You can add honey / lemon to the tea as well.
How should I prepare this herbal tea?
Add 1 tea bag of ashwagandha, turmeric, ginger & black pepper to your cup and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 1-2 minutes. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon.
For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like.

I would suggest between 1 – 2 cups a day.
