How should I prepare golden milk from these turmeric chai spiced tea bags?
There is no need to fuss with preparing a Golden Latte drink from scratch when you have these tea bags. There are two ways in which I prepare Turmeric Chai or Golden Milk / Latte.
Method 1: The old school method is to boil the tea bag with milk in a pan. To make Turmeric Chai this way, add either dairy milk or plant-based milk to a pan along with 1 turmeric chai spiced tea bag and bring the milk to a boil. Add sugar / honey / maple syrup if you wish – the added sweetness makes this Golden Latte drink really yum. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Method 2: The second easier method is to add this tea bag to your choice of milk in a cup and heat it in the microwave for a few minutes to allow the spices to infuse into the milk. Add a sweetener of your choice and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top.
How much turmeric latte can I drink in a day?
I would suggest between 1 – 2 cups a day.
How to store these turmeric latte tea bags?
Store these tea bags in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. These turmeric ginger black pepper tea bags come in a resealable air-tight bag.
This tea can last for up to 1- 3 years if stored well.
