How should I prepare turmeric ginger black pepper tea?

Add 1 tbsp of turmeric ginger & black pepper loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 1-2 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon.

For a cold brew: Prepare tea as before, pour into a glass pitcher, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.

There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of ginger turmeric black pepper tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of turmeric ginger tea a day should be reasonable.
