Description

Cultivated by small scale farmers in Uganda, this medium roast arabica ground coffee is made from medium roast coffee beans grown on the slopes of Mt. Elgon 1800m above sea level. Being the largest and oldest volcanic mountain in East Africa, its acidic slopes are perfect for growing coffee.

This single origin medium roast ground coffee features notes of caramel, dark chocolate, nutty and floral flavours.

This medium roast ground coffee has a rounded, well-balanced flavour from the 100% Arabica coffee beans.

How should I use this medium roast Ugandan ground coffee?

Place the medium roast ground coffee in your coffee machine to make the coffee.

Tip: When you boil water for pouring over the ground coffee, wait for the water to cool for about 30 seconds before pouring. The perfect temperature for brewing is about 90-95 degrees Celsius.

You can also use this coffee to make an iced mocha or to flavour your tiramisu / oatmeal / cereal / yoghurts / smoothies / nicecream.

How to store this medium roast ground coffee?

To preserve your coffee’s fresh roasted flavour for as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature.

This medium roast ground arabica coffee is packed in an airtight zip lock bag with a one-way valve which allows for the carbon dioxide to leave from inside the sealed bag. This way the coffee will be fresher and have an expiry date of 24 months.
