Others such as the clarity tea with brahmi are perfect for the morning.
How should I prepare these herbal wellness teas?
Prepare the herbal teas to reap their benefits. Add 1 tea bag to your cup and mindfully pour hot water over it. Leave it to brew for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Add honey if you would like it sweet.
For a cold brew: Add 1 tea bag into a glass pitcher, add water, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.
The teas are vegan and gluten-free. They do not have any milk powder in them.
How much herbal tea can I drink in a day?
There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of these wellness teas a day should be reasonable.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
I am now supporting three charities that aid with food security and women’s education & empowerment;
- SUFRA, a food bank and charity. They give food parcels to those who can’t afford food and organise community kitchens which bring together people who are unable to afford a restaurant meal, may be feeling lonely or socially isolated. I will be donating a portion of my profits to aid in this cause and I will also sponsor community kitchens. Better Food Mood is all about eating well and living well, and I am thrilled to be supporting this cause.
- Pratham UK – A charity that provides education and employment to girls/women in India from under-privilleged societies
- The Invisible Girl Project – rescues girls from female gendercide and sex trafficking and provides a safe home for them
